Following recent improvement works across our car parks, some car park names have changed. If you made your car park booking prior to 28.06.17, please check the details below for the new name of your car park.
If you made your car park booking after 28.06.17, your booking confirmation is correct and you can ignore this information.
- Short Stay is now Short Stay 1
- Express Park is now Short Stay 2
- Long Stay 2 is now Mid Stay 2
- Long Stay 3 is now Mid Stay 1
- Long Stay 4 is now Long Stay 1
- Long Stay 5 is now Long Stay 2
- Long Stay 1 has been split in two and is now either Short Stay 3 or Mid Stay 3*
- Jet Parks 1 and 2 remain the same
*Your new car park booking confirmation email will advise if you are in Short Stay 3 or Mid Stay 3. If in doubt, please get in touch with our Contact Centre on 0800 083 8759 between 09:00 and 18:00.

On approaching your car park, please wait a few seconds for the system to recognise your number plate and the barrier should raise. If the barrier doesn’t raise after 5 seconds, please press the intercom button to speak to a member of our team.
