In order to receive any pre-booked assistance or to book assistance once at the airport, you will need to go to the Passenger Services Desk on your arrival at the airport. This will ensure that we can provide you with the correct assistance going through the airport and onto your flight. You may either check in your luggage prior to booking in at the Passenger Services Desk or we can assist you with check in if required.
We recommend that you arrive at the airport no less than 2 hours before your scheduled departure time or present yourself to our Passenger Services Team no less than 1 hour 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
As soon as you arrive at the airport you can request assistance from our Help Points or from our Passenger Services Desk located in the check-in hall.
Help Point locations:
Over the next 6 months we will be installing additional help points at various locations on the airport site.
If you require the use of an airport wheelchair you can request this upon making yourself known to Passenger Services in the Departure Hall; from one of our help points; or from the Meet & Greet drop off area (though these are subject to availability).
All of our wheelchairs have a storage area underneath for a hand-luggage-sized suitcase.
If you are travelling with your own mobility aid you are able to keep this with you until you board the aircraft.

Once through security, we have a dedicated assistance lounge where you can wait for your flight. For more information about additional facilities in the departure lounge please visit our Facilities & Services page.
From security to the boarding gates we have a dedicated Quiet Route that bypasses World Duty Free and other retail outlets. If you want to use this route please request this at the Passenger Services Desk when you book in with us, as a member of our team will be required to escort you through.
Please ensure that you book in at the Passenger Services Desk in the main check-in hall before you proceed through security so the required paperwork can be completed by a member of our team.
We have two assistance dog relief areas at the airport. The first is before security and is located next to the Meet & Greet parking area; please ask a member of the Passenger Services Team if you require any assistance to get to this. The second is located after security; if you would like to use this area before your flight please request this from a member of the Passenger Services Team as it requires a member of our team to escort you.
