The sweet smell of a new European destination
EMA has today announced the launch of new flights to the fragrant destination of Cologne with bmi regional.
bmi regionals new route from EMA to Cologne will operate daily, except Saturday, to the historic German city, providing passengers from the Midlands with a direct link to one of Europe’s most metropolitan areas all year round.
Caroline Plant, Director of Marketing & Communications, East Midlands Airport said: "Cologne and Bonn are both historical cities and excellent places from which to explore the rest of the Rhineland and Germany. The direct flights will also prove popular with business users, whether they are conducting business in Cologne, Bonn or elsewhere in Germany. We are anticipating a huge demand for these flights.”
bmi regional has been named the UK's most punctual airline by the Civil Aviation Authority, offering passengers great service at attractive prices. All passengers travelling on the new service will be entitled to use the ‘fast-track’ facility through security at East Midlands Airport.
