The East Midlands Airport Community Outreach events are part of the airport's commitment to engage with the local community. They allow local residents to drop in and meet airport representatives and ask any questions. Whether you want to know more about the airport's Noise Action Plan, which bus routes use the airport or how to apply to the Community Fund, the Sustainability team will be on hand to help. In addition, there will be fun 'make and do' activities for children.

The next Outreach events are taking place on the following dates:

• Diseworth Heritage Centre, 14 July 2009
• Melbourne, Bill Shone Leisure Centre, 21 July 2009
• Castle Donington Village Hall, 25 August 2009
• Kegworth Parish Council Rooms, 29 September 2009

All events will take place between 3pm and 7pm.
