It’s never been easier to travel by train to East Midlands Airport. With frequency and reliable connections onto our network of bus services every 30 minutes, seven days a week, you’re guaranteed an easy journey.
There are four train stations with connecting bus services:
- Skylink bus services call at Derby, Nottingham and Loughborough train stations for connections with the rest of the UK
- The Railink bus service calls at East Midlands Parkway station for journeys to and from Derby, Nottingham, Leicester, Lincoln and London.
These train stations are operated by East Midlands Trains.

Train/Bus add on ticket
Passengers travelling to Derby, Loughborough and Nottingham railway stations can connect onto the relevant bus service at a discounted rate by purchasing a train and bus add on ticket from the railway station the journey starts at. Add on tickets cannot be purchased online or on board the train. Fare information is available by contacting National Rail Enquiries on 08457 48 49 50.
