How much will a training course cost?
In order to ensure we fully understand and meet our clients’ needs we prefer to speak on the phone and offer a quote based on requirements. Please contact us to discuss costs.
Where are your training courses held?
The majority of our courses are run from our newly built training facility, which we call our learning HUB, based at Manchester Airport. However, we also run training courses at our Regional Airports in East Midlands, Bournemouth and Humberside. In addition we can offer training direct at our clients’ premises.
How much will it cost to hire a room and what facilities are there?
We have a variety of training rooms to hire, which can seat up to 80 and can be configured in a number of ways to suit the client’s needs. The price quoted will include Tea and Coffee, flip charts and projectors. We can also offer a range of catering options.
How do I pay for a course or room booking?
Once your booking is confirmed we will forward you an invoice for payment
What if I would like to book a large course or series of courses?
We can accommodate your needs and we often get requests for group bookings. Please call for details and pricing.
Will I receive joining instructions?
Once your booking is confirmed you will receive full joining instructions, which will include directions and contacts.
Do you ever cancel courses?
We do reserve the right to cancel or postpone courses. We are a busy International Airport and there are occasions when urgent operational needs or unforeseen circumstances impact on training. However, we make all attempts to keep this to a minimum, but in the unlikely event of such an occurrence we will give you as much notice of changes as we possibly can.
