Our Airports provide opportunities for people to travel, whether for work or business, so we have a responsibility to make sure we provide a safe, secure and accessible environment for our passengers and we listen and respond to their needs. We’re looking in detail at what improvements we can make at all parts of our Customers’ Journey, from their arrival in our car parks or by public transport, through our security processes, relaxing in the terminals and departure gate, then the return journey through baggage reclaim and arrivals areas.
