There’s no hiding that we want to have a profitable business that grows and develops and we know we support a large number of other businesses in the regions we serve. Between us we provide jobs for thousands of people and have a significant beneficial economic impact.
We want to have a fair and honest relationship with our suppliers and service partners so have policies to make sure we seek suppliers who share our values on CSR and to support local businesses. We’re building relationships with our airline and retail partners so that we can provide the facilities that they require.
Our Airports provide opportunities for people to travel, whether for work or business, so we have a responsibility to make sure we provide a safe, secure and accessible environment for our passengers and we listen and respond to their needs. We’re looking in detail at what improvements we can make at all parts of our Customers’ Journey, from their arrival in our car parks or by public transport, through our security processes, relaxing in the terminals and departure gate, then the return journey through baggage reclaim and arrivals areas.
We have a number of policies that outline our approach to doing business in an ethical way.
