Rail connections to and from the North and West
If you’re travelling via Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and York, you can make a connection at Derby railway station using the Derby Airline Shuttle bus.
Rail connections to and from the South
If you travel via Northampton, Luton and London for destinations in the south, you can make a connection at Loughborough railway station using the Loughborough Airline Shuttle bus.
Rail connections to and from the East
If you’re travelling to or from easterly destinations you can connect via Grantham, Lincoln, Newark, Peterborough and Mansfield to Nottingham railway station where you’ll find the Nottingham Skylink bus.

Train and bus ‘Add-on’ ticket
If you’re travelling to Derby, Loughborough or Nottingham railway stations, you can connect to the airport bus at a discounted rate by buying a combined train and bus ‘add-on’ ticket from the railway station where your journey begins. ‘Add-on’ tickets can’t be bought online or onboard the train.
