Long Stay

Blue Badge parking is available at both Long Stay 1 and Long Stay 2. Located just a short bus ride from the terminal, the bus service is free of charge and fully accessible to wheelchair users. Blue Badge holders usually board the transfer bus before other passengers and are given seating priority and dedicated wheelchair points on board.

Meet & Greet

Our Meet & Greet service is located across the road from the terminal. To book, call us on 0808 168 6111 (calls are free from landlines and mobile).

Short Stay 1

Blue Badge parking is available at Short Stay 1 car park (Free for the first 30 minutes), where blue badge parking bays are clearly identifiable. Short Stay 1 can only be accessed by walking to/from the terminal, but should you require a wheelchair or further assistance, help points are located in all car parks.

To get 30 minutes of free parking in Short Stay 1, just press the intercom button at either the entry or exit barrier, or at a pay machine within the terminal, and have the serial number ready to give to the operator

Mid Stay 3

Blue Badge parking is available at Mid Stay 3. This car park can only be accessed by walking to/from the terminal, but should you require a wheelchair or further assistance, help points are located in all car parks.

If you need to take your Blue Badge to wherever you're travelling to, feel free to take it away with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a reception point for assistance in the main check in hall, and help points are located in the car parks for you to request assistance.

Yes. You should contact the car park operator - via the help button on the entry barrier - when you arrive at the car park entrance. Assistance is available 24-hours a day.
