What is a Nominated Officer?

A Nominated Officer acts as a representative for their organisation. They're the main point of contact between the organisation and the Pass Office.

They help support the pass application process by making sure the correct information is provided. Duties also include making sure documents are prepared, and checking that Pass Office queries are handled by the right person.
