Access Information & Distances

Key information 

• All areas of the terminal building and car parks are step-free or have step-free access.

• We have a Changing Places facility in the departure lounge after security, this is on the upper floor at the back of the Castle Rock Bar, once upstairs follow the signs for the toilets.

• All flights are called through audible announcements in English and the language of the country they are travelling to.

• Flight Information Screens are located at various points in the departure lounge.

• If you need to board your flight without using the aircraft stairs, we operate Ambulift’s and Aviramps. Please ensure you pre-book your assistance with your airline.

• All Car Park Buses are wheelchair friendly and drivers are disability awareness trained.

• We have two quiet rooms, the first is located before security opposite check-in desk 26 and the second is located after security opposite gate 14.

Toilet locations 

Before Security

• Departures: On the right side of the check-in hall when you enter, on the left of the Leon food outlet.

• Arrivals: In the arrivals meet and greet waiting area, next to Travelex

After Security

• Immediately after the Security Search Area, on the right of WHSmith’s before you enter World Duty-Free.

• Opposite Gate 8, on the left of Pork & Pickle.

• Opposite Gate 14.

• Upper level at the rear of the Castle Rock Bar.

• Opposite Gate 5.

• Next to Gate 18.

International Arrivals

• Our newly extended Immigration hall now features an accessible toilet.

Domestic Arrivals

• Next to Baggage Belt 5.
