Drawing & Entrance

• All entries must be received no later than 20th December 2019.

• A Winner will be chosen at random and notified by email on or before 23rd December 2019.

General Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Employees of the Manchester Airport Group (MAG), their families or any agencies or persons connected with the promotion may not enter.

2. You must provide your full name, address and daytime phone number. MAG will use your personal details to administer this promotion, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission. You can read more about the MAG Privacy Policy here.

3. Only one entry permitted per person. Entries made in bulk or by third parties are prohibited and will not be counted.

4. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered and will not be returned. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random within a week after the closing date.

5. Winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date. A list of winners can be obtained by contacting East Midlands Airport, Marketing, Building 34, Ambassador Road, Derby, DE74 2SA within six weeks of the closing date.

6. MAG reserve the right to change these rules or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion if circumstances arise beyond our control.

7. If MAG cannot contact the winner within 14 days of the closing date, MAG will offer the prize to a runner up, or re-offer the prize in another promotion.

8. MAG excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you arising from your entry or your acceptance of a prize.

9. You have the option to share your details with MAG for marketing purposes. If you agree to receive marketing communications from MAG, you must tick the box to give permission to share your details. Your details will not be shared unless you give consent.

10. You will have the option to receive marketing communications with third parties who are providing competition prizes. Should you opt in to this, your details will be shared securely with the third party, however, after your details are transferred to the third party MAG will not be responsible for the safe use of this information.

Additional Rules

The East Midlands Airport Summer Giveaway also has some terms and conditions that are solely applicable to a particular prize, each prize has its own independent terms and conditions as well as the terms and conditions covered in the above section.

Curve Theatre

• This prize entitles the winner to a Family Ticket (4 complimentary tickets) to Giraffes Can’t Dance on one of the following dates: Mon 9, Fri 13 or Wed 18 Dec. Subject to availability and is not available in conjunction with any other offer or discount, nor on tickets already purchased for this production. Terms and conditions apply.

Holiday Inn

• This prize can be valid till November 2020.

Christmas Musical West Side Story

• This prize entitles the winner to 4 complimentary tickets to West Side Story on one of the following dates: Mon 2, Tue 3 or Mon 9 Dec. Subject to availability and is not available in conjunction with any other offer or discount, nor on tickets already purchased for this production. Terms and conditions apply.

Twycross Zoo

• The prize is a family of 4 ticket to Twycross Zoo and a Penguin Experience (a family ticket is up to two adults and two children)

• This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value

• Each child under 16 must be accompanied by one adult for the penguin experience

• The penguin experience is suitable for wheelchair users

• The experience takes place at Penguins at 12:30pm and/or 3:30pm

• All participants need to wear gloves during the experience and follow instruction from the keepers

• Participants must wear sturdy, closed toe shows.

• The experience normally takes place during the public penguin parade

• Not all penguins will be involved in the experience

• The prize must be redeemed by 31st March 2020

Archery Legends T&C

• To claim prize, winner simply has to e-mail info@archerylegends.co.uk or call us during opening hours on 01509 278078 to book in.

• If winner wants to check availability for a session, they can check what's available online at www.archerylegends.co.uk or give us a call / e-mail and we can talk through our timetable of events.

• Prizes can be used up to 12 months after winner is announced. 

• Minimum age for a Family Session is 7 years. Minimum age for an Archery Legends Session is 12 years.

• Band Of Bowmen session age range 7-15 years. 

A pair of tickets from East Midlands Airport to Guernsey

• Original voucher must be submitted in exchange for e-tickets.

• Flights are for a pair of direct flights from East Midlands to Guernsey.

• Passengers must book to travel together on the same outbound and return fights.

• Available flights are subject to a separate booking class, which is not visible on Aurigny.com. Flights may not be available at school holidays or public bank holidays. Booking in advance will increase your chance of getting your preferred flights.

• Travel must be booked and completed before the expiry of the validity date and may be subject to certain date and time exclusions.

• Tickets are non- refundable, non-transferable and have no cash value.

• Once the tickets are issued any changes or amendments will be subject to administration fees and in some instances may not be permitted.

• Passengers must ensure they have correct travel documents to travel and have adequate travel insurance.

Chatsworth

Christmas tickets are valid until 5 January 2020 so the prize must be claimed before then. It will be a family ticket valid for two adults and up to three children.

Country Bumpkin Yurts

• 2 nights in Puddleduck yurt (not transferable to another yurt)

• 2 nights can be any available time of the year and mid-week or weekend, but not a bank holiday weekend

• Check-in must be a Monday, Wednesday or a Fridayc
