Proof 65 East Midlands Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions only apply to car parking bookings at East Midlands Airport that include a Proof 65 food and beverage voucher.

1.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be treated as additional and supplementary to the MAG Car Parking Terms and Conditions, located at the following address: https://www.eastmidlandsairport.com/terms-and-conditions/car-parking-terms-and-conditions/.

1.3 With regard to the purchase of this voucher, your attention is particularly directed towards sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the above-stated terms and conditions.

2. Valid use of the voucher

2.1 The value of the voucher may be used against the purchase of any item available from the Proof 65 unit from time to time. The Airport makes no representations or guarantees as to the specific availability of items for purchase from time to time.

2.2 The voucher can only be used on the date of travel connected to the flight details specified in the car parking booking reference.

2.3 The voucher can only be used at Proof 65, which is located after security at East Midlands Airport.

2.4 The voucher cannot be sold or exchanged for money or credit. Any unused value of the voucher cannot be sold or exchanged for money or credit. No refund or change will be given to the value of any unused credit or otherwise.

2.5 The voucher may only be used by the person whose name is on the booking reference.

2.6 Any alcoholic beverages purchased using the voucher (together with all other alcoholic beverages purchased in the Proof 65 unit) must be opened and consumed within the Proof 65 unit. They are not available for take away.

3. Reservation

3.1 Through your purchase of this voucher, a table shall be automatically reserved at Proof 65 for 2 hours before your flight time.

4. Cancellation policy

4.1 This voucher may not be cancelled and / or refunded on its own. It may only be cancelled and / or refunded together with the car parking reservation with which it was initially purchased.

4.2 Please see the MAG Car Parking Terms and Conditions section 4 for more information on car park booking cancellations and amendments, the terms of which (subject to clause 4.1 of these voucher terms and conditions) shall equally apply to any associated cancellation or amendment of this voucher.
